Artistic Director oversees all aspects of artistic production. They work with the executive director at Era and also oversee the community outreach.
Goals:
~Get the community into Era Theatre
~Create a cohesive organizational structure between the two theatres
~Inspire new artists and give them a space to present their works
Executive Director (Era) oversees all the operational and fiscal elements of Era. While overseeing all positions below them.
Jr. Board is more focused on Era's work. They work with the main board of directors and the AD and ED of Era. They are also a good way to bring in more money.
Marketing Director is responsible for preparing, planning and managing a project to promote a production and using promotional materials to do this.
Business Manager is responsible for the money management of Era theatre. They work on payroll and approving purchases. They are also in charge of the FOH staff at Era theatre.
Outreach Manager oversees the New Work Incubator, approving shows. Is also the approver of anything that is not a stage production (i.e. art installations, workshops, etc.)
New Work Incubator will be responsible for finding and communicating with those who want to produce stage shows at Era
Stage Manager organizes the day to day running of a theatre company from rehearsals right through to performances and then post-show. They also help make the outsources actors and directors comfortable in the space.
