Important bones
Ribcage: this bone has 12 ribs on both sides and its primary purpose is to protect the heart and lungs.
Backbone: this bone consists of 33 vertebrae that form a almost s like shape this helps us to bend and move freely.

Hand: this bone consists more smaller parts they start from the clavicle( collar bone), humerus, radius, ulna, carpels, metacarpals then the phalanges
Leg: this bone is the longest bone in our body it starts with the femur, patella, tibia then the fibula
Joints
HInge joint: the hinge joint works like a hinge it only has a limited movement. this movement is in the elbow and the wrist

Ball and socket joint: The bone has a cavity and the ball goes into that then the other part of the bone fits into it. example: shoulder and pelvis.

Animals
Fish: the fish has a interesting system as it has a streamlined body that helps it to swim in water.

Snake: A snake has a body that is easily flexible that is why it can move so fast and make so many coils

Cartilage
The cartilage is a type of bone which is not as hard as a bone, but not to soft either
Muscles: this is the part of our body that helps move and do physical training. Muscles our important for our physical growth
Muscles work though the process of contraction and expansion. When one muscle contracts the other expands vice- versa
