What have I accomplished in today’s lesson? Today's lesson was one of the most productive lessons I have had in a long time as I was able to practice my routine, execute and give/receive feedback on it.
What have I accomplished in today's lesson? In today's lesson I spent most of my time trying to improve my balance for the standing asanas that are a part of my routine, as I found myself stumbling often.
What have I accomplished in today’s lesson? In today's lesson, I worked on developing my FA routine into my SA routine by adding images and descriptions of the different movements in the routine. I also practiced and recorded my performance as can be seen in the given link.
How much performance did I accomplish in today’s lesson? In today's lesson, I focused on completing the Plyo-Circuit exercises as a part of my creative movement routine. I practised all of the movements, however, I included breaks in between which is something I hope to remove over the course of the developing the skills as outlined in my SMART goals.
What have I accomplished in today’s lesson? In this lesson. I continued working on developing my Plyo-circuit but I also integrated the martial-arts slowly so I can get used to doing those ones after another in the specific routine I have created.
What have I accomplished in today's lesson? Today I practiced my tai-chi movements. I also worked with sir to change one of my transitions towards the beginning of my performance.
What have I accomplished today? In this lesson I practiced my kicks by using video tutorials for the two different martial art kicks that are a part of my routine.
What have I accomplished in today's lesson? In today's lesson I worked on making my performance as compact as possible by reducing the time required for various transitions in my performance.
The feedback I received indicated my routine was taking too long as my transitions were very lengthy, so this class I worked on reducing the time required for me to transition from one activity to another and I also started memorizing my routine as I cannot keep referring to the laptop to read it.
