2.3. Denomination and main meanings
The main meanings of ICT is that with the internet it has taken a new step in the field of distance education, turning it into a virtual experience.
This may change since if the teacher and the student have an adequate classroom with all the technological tools, this will allow the classes to develop more efficiently and the contents can be understood in turn.
It is important that current teacher training is innovative for virtual teaching and the transmission of knowledge through different audiovisual media.
2.1. Fundamentals
The fundamentals of e-learning consist in that in each of the learning objectives it must be stated what the student is expected to be able to do with what he learns in class.
The only way to define what is going to be taught, when and how is to know the key audience of our course, that is, the students who will take the training and even when eLearning has a technological foundation
We must not forget that our objective and center of attention are human beings.
The use of cases or situations in the courses allows the student to be placed in a context, which facilitates the retention and assimilation of the contents and the didactic games can be an effective tool, applicable in the eLearning processes.
2.2. Reality and assumptions of e-learning
The novelty of digital ICT e-learning consists of a more enjoyable and interactive experience, which stimulates students' desire to acquire knowledge.
Currently educational systems have used various learning theories to obtain response from human intelligence and knowledge.
The main authors such as teachers and students are affected in certain regions of the country because they do not have a technological tool to carry out the different educational activities.
2.4. Characterization of e-learning according to its practices.
A social process, that is, outside the social sphere, no one can acquire education.
2- A learning system through observation, critical thinking and drawing conclusions on their own.
3- A discipline that transmits the values and accumulated knowledge of a society.
4- A guide in the learning process that stimulates the development of skills and affects the behavior of a student
