epinephrine- 0.15mg IM stat repeat after 15 min if SBP<80 or continued respiratory distress
diphenhydramine 25mg Q6 hr IV rate 1-2 min IV push
pantoprazole (PPI) 20mg Q day IV push over 1 min (give 20mg/5ml)
methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory) 10mg Q6 hr IV over 1-2 min (0.25ml)
albuterol 2.5mg inhaled stat continue if continued respiratory distress
NS flush for line patency PRN
