Have trainers make a littel quizz ito send to participants in order to check whether they have been preparing for the blended learning track
Current work load and stress at work prevents people to engage with independent study and is a constraint for blended learning tracks

When defining a tender for future courseware, make sure to include a compulsory step to check the expectations of the participants
Quality monitoring is required when having training materials repurposed for online delivery, especially if you are migrating greater volumes of content
