In today's lesson, I was able to finish the entire task for Criterion B, as I could develop one goal for each activity, with the activities being Yoga, Tai-Chi, Plyo-circuit and Martial arts, specifically the form of kickboxing. I could also explain how my goals are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time based). In addition to this, I could design a plan based on the scenario created by me applying my creative thinking skills, and explain how to perform each movement included in my plan. I could also justify my plan based on the importance of each activity to develop mind and body balance.
