In today's class, I practiced my entire routine three times, and once I felt confident and comfortable, I recorded my sequence, as well as the voice-over for the scenario. I successfully created a recording of 3 minutes and 40 seconds, and it covered all aspects of the plan made in Criterion B. I am quite happy with my work, and I feel like I have evolved drastically in all these types of fitness forms through extensive practice and skill development. My main focus today was executing each exercise with the proper technique and applying a range of strategies and movements, while considering the concepts of flow, balance and energy, which I believe that I have been able to do successfully.
