Lesson 10 (04/02/21) to Lesson 11 (08/02/21)
In today's class, I managed to finalise the kicks, punches and blocks for the chosen form of martial arts (Taekwondo). I was a bit uncertain about which ones to choose at first, but in today's class I finalised that and was able to work more on my creative movement sequence/routine. Overall, this was a productive class, and I was able to work towards the SMART goals, as well as the creative movement sequence routine. I have around 2 minutes of my routine planned out, hence I am finishing work according to my schedule. On the 8th of February, I finished most of my work with regards to the justification of the 'SMART' goals and the formulation of the creative movement sequence plan. All I have left is the justification of the activity with regards to mind and body balance. Due to certain circumstances, my teacher has given me an extension, which is beneficial as it reduces stress and enables me to produce good-quality work in the given circumstance. Lesson 12 (10/02/21) to Lesson 13 (12/02/21)
In today's class, I worked on refining and executing seven main movements, but I was only able to record five due to time constraints. I think I was able to practice the chosen movements quite well, with precision, correct body form/posture and good energy levels. Next class, I need to work on practicing more movements and ensuring that the routine fits in the time limit. Here is the link to practice performance:

Lesson 14 (18/02/21)
In today's class, I worked on refining and executing 14 main movements, and I recorded them for the formative assessment performance. Then, I shared the recording with my group members, who gave me constructive feedback for ways in which I can improve my performance. Next class, I think I need to work on practicing/executing more movements, and refining the overall flow of movements. Lesson 15 (22/02/21)
In today's class, I worked on refining and executing 18 main movements, and I recorded them. Then, I watched the videos myself and saw where I needed to improve my performance. Then, I continued to practice the routine in order to refine each and every movement. Overall, I think this class was quite productive, and in the next class I need to work on executing more movements, hopefully the entire sequence, and simultaneously focusing on the energy, flow of movements, flexibility, etc. Here is the link to formative performance: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aEEJgybtAgSMRScHBIHRupc64Xyy9QCm/view?usp=sharing
Lesson 16 (02/03/21) and Lesson 17 (04/03/21)
In today's class, I worked on refining the routine and ensuring the all my movements were executed accurately. This took some time, which is why I couldn't finish recording the entire routine. I am quite happy with the progress, and with more practice, I think I'll be able to execute the sequence quite well. Lesson 18 (09/03/21)
Today, I worked on my entire routine three times. I realised that there were some problems with the performance, especially in terms of transitioning between movements and accurate skill. Moreover, I realised that I occasionally forgot some movements, so I had to take long pauses or improvise on the spot. As I practiced the movements in this routine more often, I became more accustomed to the sequence and towards the third performance I was able to execute it with more ease and a better skill level. In today's class, I practiced my entire routine three times, and once I felt confident and comfortable, I recorded my sequence, as well as the voice-over for the scenario. I successfully created a recording of 3 minutes and 40 seconds, and it covered all aspects of the plan made in Criterion B. I am quite happy with my work, and I feel like I have evolved drastically in all these types of fitness forms through extensive practice and skill development. My main focus today was executing each exercise with the proper technique and applying a range of strategies and movements, while considering the concepts of flow, balance and energy, which I believe that I have been able to do successfully.
