I have finally performed my entire routine and am happy with the performance of the yoga and tai chi asanas and moves

Fit it into 3 minutes and thirty seconds, it is 10 seconds over time at the moment, two classes should be enough to do so

In this lesson, I was able to perform the yoga and tai chi parts of my final performance. At the moment, although I have only executed about half of my routine, the time it takes is over 2 minutes 30 seconds. That means if I were to execute the rest of my routine, it would easily go over 5 minutes. I need to make my movements quicker and more concise.

I didn't execute the yoga and tai parts of my routine today and focused only on the plyocircuit and the taekwondo. These are the ones that are a little more unfamiliar to me so I wanted to take more time practicing them. I am not satisfied with my performance for either activity, but am especially unhappy with the taekwondo execution, I will work on it next class.

I only focussed on taekwondo today as I wasnt happy with my performance from last time. I worked especially hard on my punches and blocks as the transitional movements came more easily to me. I recorded myself a few times to reflect on my posture and stance and overall I think I improved compared to last time, but I can still try to improve further.

I worked on the plyocircuit and tai chi today. I haven't been able to perform the entire routine together yet but have technically practiced all the parts individually. Next class I aim to perform it all together.

I finally performed all the parts of the routine together. The routine goes over 3 minutes at around 3 minutes and 45 seconds. We have been informed we have 3 minutes and 30 seconds to execute the routine so it should be alright to shave off 15 seconds and make my movements more concise.

I practiced the entire routine and was able to fit it in 3 minutes and 30 seconds I am finally somewhat satisfied with the routine and its quality. Hopefully by putting all the effort I can into the recording next class, I will be able to fully show my routine and the effort I have put into it.
