Lesson 11
In today's lesson I started by practising all the Plyometric exercises that I had listed for my routine. This allowed me to work on every aspect of each exercise and refine it to the best of my abilities. This will ensure that every exercise in the final performance is carried out with perfect form.

In today's lesson I worked and refined my routine. I divided it into different parts according to the story that I am following and practised my transitions between the different movements
