Criteria C
Practice #1: Practice any move, work on the goals. Try to master some moves atleast 2-30 seconds. This was my first practice as I had missed the FA. I realised how my moves are easy but the transition from one to another is hard and what I need work on and improve.

Practice #2: This was the second practice session we had. In todays practice I worked on Ply-circuit, I did a different activity than what I did last time. Plyo-circuit required high intensity workout which was a little hard to due as it was after lunch break. But I got it done.

Practice #3: This is my third practice. Till todays practice my main focus was on yoga and tai-chi. I focused on my balance, and focus during these skills and exercise. I had to be calm and make sure my posture was correct.

Practice #4: In todays lesson I worked on my last remaining activity. I worked on martial arts, and I have specifically chosen kick boxing as my martial arts technique. I worked on 3 kicks, punches and defends. I tried an extra of each just to be on the safer side as if I was not able to do in the recording I had an back up I could lean on.

Practice 5: In this practice, I worked on my full routine together. This was my first final draft of recording the full routine with all 4 types of movements and activities. I did not consider my time during this recording but just the transitions, energy, focus and balance between each activity.

Practice 6: In this practice, I worked on my time managing skills. By now I have practiced on each skill and type of activity individually focusing on my body posture, focus and balance. Now I tried to do 4-5 repetition of each move within the time given of under 5 minutes.

Practice 7: Todays class was a very important class, it is the class before the final summative recording. I worked on perfecting and improvising on my routine. I had gotten all the movement to my desired perfection but my time was higher. I worked on getting my routine under the 3 minutes and 3 second time so get a higher grade.

Lessons
Lesson 11
In this lesson I finished everything. I worked on completing everything I had pending before. I had finished the SMART Goals, and had justified them. I also wrote down the steps. I was adding images and their citations during the class block and ensuring everything was re-checked without spelling errors.
