Past Perfect Continuous
Subject+had+been+verb+ing :pencil2:
Negative: You had not been waiting there for more than two hours when she finally arrived.
Question: Had you been waiting there for more than two hours when she finally arrived?
Statement: You had been waiting there for more than two hours when she finally arrived.
We use the past perfect continuous to show that something started in the past and continued up until another time in the past.
Subject+has/have + been + present participle
Negative: You have not been waiting here for two hours.
Question: Have you been waiting here for two hours?
Statement: You have been waiting here for two hours.
We use the present perfect continuous to show that something started in the past and has continued up until now.

Present perfect simple
have/has + past participle form of the verb
Uses: action that is still going on, action that has recently stopped, puts emphasis on the result, a finished action that has influence on the present, action that has taken place once, never or several times before the moment of speaking
Examples: He has written 3 mails (emphasis), I have never been to Canada (action that has taken place once, never or several times before the time of speaking), School has not started yet (action that is still going on), Tom has served lunch (action that has recently stopped), I have broken my leg (Finished action that has an influence on the present)
Future Perfect Continuous

Past perfect tense
is composed of two parts:had+ the p.p of the main word
I noticed that he had left his books behind.
