it would be nice to have the emails we get, somehow be communicated to the client - on their screens so they know the status of things being down - reduce the need for them to call us or us communicate to them
partnercron runs at night.
it runs 270rt. sends out requests so they are ready for the clients in the morning
sometimes the payers are down during that time frame. clients would need to resubmit (manually). client needs to trigger it.
