    - - In the field of engineering, engineers are often asked to solve an issue or problem. Many tasks given to an engineer are to make an invention that's more efficient, more economical, safe and ethical. Engineers are often tasked to do this in groups and working with many individuals with a common goal. This is almost always a tangible creation that is made. However, what if Engineers considered making a more ethical, safe, more efficient and profitable workplace. By using the same NSPE code of ethics as well as team working skills, Engineers can join together to make Engineering a more welcoming and comfortable place for women and men alike. By doing this, there is no limit to what engineers can solve.
