It is, to us , a scalar, although we think time is going foward for us, but we must agree that unlike one kilometer to the east, we cannot walk to 1 hour later, we do not experience time directly but instead we sense time through things say like a clock, or u see yourself aging. what I mean is that to us and to this 3-dimensional space, time is a scalar, as we do not experience it directly, but if, just if, there are higher dimension spaces with a time dimension, 'people' or not people in it would say time is a vector as they walking with their friends, heading to an hour later.
As i do not own any tech to travel to higher dimensions space, to have a taste of walking along the harbour on time, i consider it scala
