Today I worked on developing SMART goals for each type of exercise we worked on i.e. yoga, tai-chi, martial arts and plyometric exercises.
I also performed and practised different kickboxing moves, to refine my martial arts skills.

I also developed a routine and explained the different movements in the routine according to the TSC.

Today i practiced, refined and recorded my entire sequence, including all 4 different activities. I presented my routine to my group members and received feedback from them which addressed 3 specific reflection questions.

Today I worked on first individually practicing my yoga+tai chi routine, after which I practiced my entire routine 3 times.
