27th Jan
Coming up with goals for the following:
Tai Chi
Taekwondo
Yoga
Plyo-Circuit
Understanding upcoming assessments
Practicing and refining my Taekwondo
29th Jan
Coming up with a scenario
Realistic but also uses all 4 forms of creative movement (yoga + tai chi + plyometric + taekwondo).
Start planning routine
Finished planning all my yoga asanas + photos of the asana
2nd Feb
Finishing the planning process
Finding instruction videos & images
Steps that are challenging yet doable
Lots of asynchronous time given (this allowed us to sort out our work and complete them based on priority)
We were able to manage our time by ourselves and work independently.
I wasn't able to take a video, because i spent most of my time trying out moves so I knew I could do them
22nd Feb
Todays I practiced combining my yoga & tai chi exercises
Perfecting Tai Chi moves (and trying to create a smooth flow between yoga and tai chi transitions)
Feb 18th
Today I worked on my Taekwondo movements (memorising the steps, making sure theres a lot of energy behind moves, smooth transitions between moves, also working on accuracy & correct technique).
Feb 12th
Today I worked on my Tai Chi and Yoga movements
understanding how each move works
trying to work on balance
synchronising breath and body movement
2nd March
Today I properly worked on each tai chi move (looking at accuracy, flow, and energy). Spending this time only working on Tai Chi really helped me improve.
4th March
Today I worked on combining everything, while still maintaining a good level of energy. The plyometric exercises were especially tiring so it took a lot of effort to build up that stamina.
10th Feb
Today I worked on learning my Tai Chi steps, because I had the hardest time picking those up (out of all the other ones)
I learned three Tai Chi moves (and took videos for them)
