P.H.E Lesson: 27/1/2021
Today, I practiced my martial arts sequence (Kickboxing).
I worked on my guard position, as I needed to improve that.
I also observed my footwork, and corrected any mistakes with my footwork.
I also analyzed the TSC for this unit. Now I'm familiar with what I'm required to do for my creative movement sequence.
Lastly, I made my SMART goals for this unit. Through the SMART goals, I can effectively achieve my goals. I completed my SMART goals for Yoga and Tai-Chi, however, I need to complete the SMART goals for Pylo-circuit and Martial Arts Sequence.

P.H.E Lesson: 29/1/2021
Today, I created the scenario for my sequence. I was brainstorming a few ideas, but I chose the idea which made sense, and I could design a specific sequence to aid that scenario.
I also created the Yoga/TaiChi sequence. I really tried to choose the movements that would ensure a good flow, as well as be effective in creating that balance between mind and body.
Lastly, I also tried practicing my sequence, and to be honest, there are some improvements I have to make in terms of the selection of movements. Some transitions are very smooth, however, some of the transitions break the flow of the sequence.

Today, I worked on refining my sequence. I finished the Tai-chi sequence and kickboxing sequence. I've also started explaining how to do each sequence.
I also practiced this sequence. This helped me understand if this sequence is effective or not. I found a few flaws in the flow of the sequence, so I made changes to my sequence to better the flow of my sequence.
I really liked how there was a balance of working on the sequence and performing it as well, because it really made the planning process more effective.

Today, I looked at the feedback provided by Mr Ashutosh. I found the feedback very valuable, as I agreed with the points that he made. So this class I spent on applying the feedback into my plan.
I even practiced a part of my sequence as I needed to check the flow of the movements after changing a few of the asanas and tai-chi movements
Lastly, I worked on the justification and explanation of each of the steps in my plan. This made my plan more detailed.

Today, I continued working on my Criterion B summative assessment. I used my teacher's feedback and applied it in my work. For example, he suggested to use pictures and gifs to show the exact technique of the movements. So I added pictures for all movements.

Today, I started the lesson by doing meditation. This helped me become calm, and it helped me focus on the activities I do later in class.
I also worked on individual parts of the sequence, that I need to improve. For example, I'm not very good with the Tai-Chi movements. So, I practised and tried to perfect my technique. I also did some pylo-circuit at the end, so that I can improve my endurance in preparation for the entire performance.

Today, I mainly focused on my tai-chi movements. I practiced kick-boxing last class, so I decided to practice the correct techniques.
I had troubles transitioning from 1 movement to the other, so I had to practice a lot of times to perfect the flow of my movements.

One of the first activities was very vital to my practice and improvement of my sequence. I read the feedback from the last class, and improved the specific aspects of my performance. This helped me greatly
After improving specific aspects of my performance, I also did a different tai-chi sequence. This helped me develop a new perspective, and I can use the sequence as a source of inspiration.

Today I practised my sequence in parts. Firstly, I worked on my Yoga/Tai-Chi section. Here I improved the flow of this section. Then I practiced the pylo-circuit section, where I improved my endurance.
