Today I was able to work on refining my taekwondo sequence and also start developing the SMART goals. I still have to work on the SMART part, I have thought about most of it I just need to work on putting it on paper.

Today I started working on making my final sequence and I finished making my scenario. I wasn't able to record because I wasn't done so I will have to work on that at home. I also need to finish the SMART goal work at home so that's what I plan to work on during the weekend.

This class I managed to finish making my full plan for the final performance. I also practiced my routine, the only problem is that it's not fitting in the 2-3 minutes time frame. So I am going to have to focus on making quick move changes.

This class I worked on refining my plan according to Mr. Ashutosh's feedback. I had to add a few more complex movements, explain them and make my scenario a little more creative. I was able to do all of it, I just am a little confused about how to make it more creative.

This class we only worked on our Summative Assessment. We had to justify our whole plan and how the activities require mind and body balance. After speaking with Mr. Ashutosh I also learned that I should also speak briefly about whether or not I have achieved my goal. Not the SMART goal in detail but the one line goal.

This class I focused on practicing my full routine only twice and the rest of the time I spent practicing my plyo-circuit because I feel like I need more practice for that. Apart from that now that I am getting closer to the final performance I want to pay individual attention to all of the activties.

In this class, I only practiced my full routine twice and the rest of the time I worked on refining my Yoga and Tai-Chi sequence. I am having a tough time memorizing the sequence. In terms of execution, I am not having any problems.

Today I practiced my plyo-circuit sequence because I wanted to see where it was at in terms of time because the whole sequence is taking too long. So if my plyo-circuit is short it would be better. Later we also performed in front of peer feedback groups where we watched everyone's performance and then gave feedback.

Today I practiced my Taekwondo poomsae because I felt like I needed the most practice for that. After that I practiced my full sequence, it's getting very hard to crunch it in just 3 minutes but I am working on it. Apart from that we also did once Tai-Chi sequence for practice as a class.

Today we practiced each activity's respective sequence individually and then at the end of the class we practiced the whole sequence in total. I think that I have improved in terms of speed. This whole session was really helpful but it was also quite tiring.

Today we had 65 minutes to just work on practicing and refining our whole routine. This time was really useful and much needed. When I finally recorded it I also saw that my whole routine fit in about 2 minutes and 50 seconds. I was also on call with Thea for a while where we practiced together.

Today we recorded our final performance, I was able to fit it in the time limit and I think it all went by very smoothly. This whole process was surely interesting and though the progress isn't visibly huge I know that I have improved and gotten better than the start.
