Uses
- Is used for an action or event that will be ocurring in the future and that will be interrumped.
- To talk about actions or events that will happen at a specific time in the future.

Continuous tenses are also called progressive tenses. So the Future Continuous tense is sometimes called the Future Progressive tense..

Difference:
Future: It is used to talk about something that will happen in a time after now.
Future Continuous: Used to refer to a future action that will be continuing.
