Minimum Wage
Liberal Beliefs
Liberals believe that the minimum wage, specifically in the U.S, should be raised to $15/hour after many people working in minimum wage jobs have been financially struggling
Conservative beliefs
Conservatives believe that the minimum wage should stay as it is in fears of inflation and mass job loss since small businesses and corporations won't be able to sustain the same amount of workers since they will need to be paying them double the amount they are paying them now
Taxes
Liberal beliefs
Liberals believe in increased tax rates, but only for people who make over $400,000 annually, this would in theory relieve the middle class about stressing over their taxes and put more pressure on the ones who can actually afford it
Conservative Beliefs
Conservatives believe that the entire nation deserves tax cuts, including wealthy individuals. This will relieve some of the tension that the people have been feeling about taxes, since some states have tax rates of up to 12% annually

Sides
Liberal
Liberals, also known as democrats believe in a political philosophy that pushes for social equality and equal opportunity as well as endorsing new modern ideas
Conservative
Conservatives, also known as Republican, believe in the political philosophy that promotes traditional social norms
Religion
Religion in politics is something that all people don't like to mix but in some countries such as Lebanon, religion is especially a big taboo topic. Since different religious groups identify themselves to different political parties, most of them hate each other because of one's identity. Finding out that someone else might be from the opposing religion would allow you to think that you do not want to be associated with them in any way, leading to further divide in the community because of opposing religious and political beliefs
