BIOLOGY MIND MAP
VITAMINS A,B,C,D,E,K
VITAMIN C
vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and it is important for normal growth and development we can consume vitamin C from all fruits and vegetables and we need to consume enough vitamin C because if we don't we would have health issues .
VITAMIN E
found in many food such as olive vegetable oil corn and so many things but the best way to get vitamin E is consume more green vegetables in our body vitamin E's role in our body is been a antioxidant .and vitamin E deficiency may lead aging and less muscle developement
VITAMIN B
vitamin B plays a important role in cell metabolism. we can consume it from proteins and leafy green vegetables and vitamin B deficiencies are beri beri pellegra and anemia.
VITAMIN D
found in fatty fish like salmon or tuna . vitamin D is important because people who get little vitamin D may develop soft , thin and brittle bones and have health issue at old age like osteoporosis and we can consume vitamin D from sunlight.
VITAMIN A
can be found in many food, is effective in better vision , bone growth , reproduction , immunity , cell development and skin helath
VITAMIN K
vitamin K can be found in green leafy vegetables. It helps our blood to clot and thats why we call vitamin K as clotting vitamin if we don't consume enough vitamin K we could have more bleeding and bruising .
ENZYMES
enzymes are generally globular proteins, acting alone or in larger complexes. The sequence of the amino acids specifies the structure which in turn determines the catalytic activity of the enzyme. and they need at least 15 percent water to live.
french chemist Anselme Payen discovered the enzymes in 1833. Then a few decades later Louis Pasteur did a fermentation concluded with cause by a vital force (ferments) after that the they find out that fermentation result is only within living things.
What Is Enzyme? Enzyme is a substance that acts as a catalyst in living organisms , regulating the rate at which chemical reactions proceed without itself being altered in the process
DNA RNA ATP
ATP
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is an organic compound and hydrotrope that provides energy to drive many process in living cells such as muscle contraction, nerve impulse propagation , condensate dissolution and chemical synthesis. Found in all known forms of life
RNA
Ribonucleic acid (RNA) is a polymeric molecule essential in various biological role in coding , decoding regulation and expression of genes. RNA and DNA are nucleic acids. Along with lipids, proteins and carbohydrates , nucleic acids constitute one of the four major macromolecules essential for all known forms of life.we can easily call RNA a type of transporter in our body
DNA
DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is the heredity material in humans and almost all other organisms. Nearly every cell in a person body has the same DNA. Most DNA is located in the cell nucleus ,but a smaller amount of DNA can also be found in the mitochondria. DNA looks like double helix and we can say that DNA is our code just like googles code
