If student gets anxiety during speaking in front of class, design scaffolding activities where student can first present in small groups many times and get used to this before finally giving class presentation
Inform homeroom teacher, making sure homeroom teacher understands and that parents are informed and completely understand what schizophrenia entails. Make sure professional diagnosis happens.
Inform homeroom teacher and follow up to make sure parents have been informed and professional diagnosis has been made. Find out how to best accommodate medication that student will be taking in class.

Give student more flexible or later deadlines, in case he or she struggles to finish them because of rereading/rewriting etc.
If student has OCD behaviorisms in class, just ignore those and don't let other student pick on him or her because of this

Try to differentiate teaching to accomodate any hearing aid technology. Maybe let student sit in front of class so he or she can hear/see better

In not already aware, inform homeroom teacher and follow-up to make sure parents are informed as well. Make sure homeroom teacher and parents understand what autism entails
In class, pair autistic student with students that will not overly stimulate him or her - e.g. maybe a more quiet, introverted student. Explicitly communicate expectations with student; do not assume he or she reads social cues with things like jokes etc.
