Activities
Stress management: Clients will be taught coping mechanisms such as deep breathing, self-grounding, and emotional regulation.
Yoga: program will provide occupation-based interventions including yoga, mindfulness, and meditation
Community Bulletins for relevant topics for individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders. Suicide prevention handouts, flyers, resources, etc… for individuals, and family/caregivers.
Output
Incresed independence in ADLs & IADLs
Decreased anxiety and stress.
Improved coping mechanism
