Step 7:
Implementation of the IEP: after the IEP has been developed, it should lay out the appropriate education for the child; this can include accommodation for instruction and testing, the child's participation in the general curriculum, any physical modifications that can be made in the classroom to better serve the student, technological tools (such as speech-to-text software, low-tech printed handouts, assistive listening systems, and proofreading softwares).
Step 8:
Progress is Measured:in this stage of the process, the teacher monitors the student's progress toward any annual goals that had been determined in the IEP.

Review Process: in this stage, the IEP team meets (at least once a year) to evaluate the child's progress and, if necessary, to revise the IEP.
