When encountering enemies choose to fight or fuck, use a per body part system for determining interactions.
Dominant
Gain power based stats, don't loose health
Submissive
Gain obtuse stats, lose health
Regardless of the overworld system the encounters are initiated on touching an enemy (pokemon swsh, under tale)
Keep track of stats : times done, times since certain action, coverage, dps etc

Enemies have their own sex ai, and any joining enemies will add modifiers to the current scene before their turn
Not a very interactive experience,
Able to focus on body parts to do actions, mental stats control how many you can use, physical stats for your ability
Besides the mechanics for sex there needs to be a reason to do it for at least some of the events. Need to impress someone, need to not fall etc
Character aquire
Inhabit a new body (possess, infect etc) each run, with its physical stats. Get more used to this body as you use it, getting more use of the stats

When you encounter a monster, fight (on a 3x3 grid?) to escape or win, while the dungeon continues in real time. Incentive to finish the current monster fast to avoid getting swarmed
Have your stats impacted by long fights, getting slower /weaker same for monsters. Fatigue point system means that every action brings you closer to collapse. Have arousal affect also
Monsters are lust filled, non sexual actions annoy them, they are docile once satisfied. More annoyed monsters are more violent /forceful

Choose a skill to battle with (top trumps) every round you make a contested check with that skill and a success moves the animation towards dom and a fail moves towards sub
