Bench Press
How it works:
The user will strap themselves to the bench. There
will be a bar with elastic bands to pull the bar to the users chest.
There will be different bands for different weights. The user will then push against the bands simulating a bench press.

Squat
How it works:
There will be elastic bands attached to the users shoulders. There will be different bands for different levels of resistance. These bands will pull them to the ground. The user will have to use their legs to push themselves up.

Pros:
It is a leg workout so then the astronauts will be able to go back to walking faster when they return to earth.

Curl
How it works:
The user will be strapped to a wall and there will be a bar that has elastic bands attached on either side of it. These bands attach from the bar to the floor. The user will pick up the bar and to a standard barbell curl.
