IT Technician - IT technicians diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. Technicians may also set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and teach clients to use programs.
Attributes: Good communication skills, Problem solving, Time management, Dependability
Programmer - Computer Programmers write code. Through the use of computer languages, such as C++ and Java, computer programmers create instructions for computers to perform and follow.
Attributes - Problem solving, time management skills, Attention to detail
Network Manager - They are responsible for installing and maintaining the company's computer networks. Train staff to provide first rate technical support. They work as part of an IT team with project managers, network engineers and support staff.

Web desginer - A web designer creates the look, layout, and features of a website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming.
Attributes: Creativity, Team work, Planning and Organisation
4.4 Ready for work
Presentation - This is how an employee is perceived. Someone with a good presentation of themselves seems more approachable and respected within an organisation. Clean and ironed clothes with good grooming gives off a good impression and shows your attitude towards work.

Attitude - this is all about having a good and optimistic attitude within the work place. Someone with a positive attitude shows confidence in their abilities to succeed despite possible complications.

Dress code- Many organisations have a dress code. Some organisations have a dress code for the type of activity the employee performs eg. One teacher working in the PE department would dress differently in comparison to a science teacher.
