What skills do we need?
Working with designers to create comprehensive tech packs
Someone with an eye for what is cool (in a classic sense) and what is naff
Someone looking after overall product aesthetic to ensure it all ties together. Be that with labelling / detailing / colours etc
Someone who can properly interpret our data points (trends / seasons / customer feedback) to map out our PD efforts across 12 - 18 - 24 months and beyond. This feels key to me as we need to be constantly rolling out new products
Ability to negotiate terms with suppliers

Process oriented - need someone to map out how end to end process looks like from order placed to order delivered (to order returned) so we can identify UX issues and cost saving opps
Packaging (JED)
How much pre-packing can be done at the factory?
Need to keep costs low while still keeping the luxury experience
Need packaging solutions that are multi-purpose (eg reduce overall waste) AND can work across different product bundles
What skills do we need?
Design skills
forecasting - when do we need to place repeat orders
working out how to maximise space - when customers are bundling orders with multi products versus single. The more effective our packaging the less we will pay in shipping
Customer Success (WILL)
General tasks
Customer comms (FB / chat / phone / email)
Ensuring all customer touch points are luxury (physical and digital
Dispute resolution (returns / grievances etc)
Collecting feedback from various sources (phone calls / facebook page etc)
