Mental/Emotional health reflects your feelings and thoughts. People who are mentally/emotionally healthy enjoy challenges, accept responsibility, have a sense of control, can express their emotions in appropriate ways, and generally have a positive outlook on life.
When your health triangle is balanced, you have a high degree of wellness. Wellness comes from making practical decisions based on your health knowledge.
Spiritual health is a deep-seated sense of meaning and purpose. You should have a feeling of purpose and a sense of values.
