E-leave is one of the important components in KPJ Damansara because the system can help company especially the Human Resources Department in tracking employee leave record, balance and entitlements.
E-leave is one of the management systems where employee can apply for leave using a website.
Recommendation
Conduct the training for their employee.
-Training can be external and internal training.
Aged worker and new employee should get prioritize to get the training on the system that has been applied in organization.
Develop the Human Resources Department in their organization. ( Increase the number of HR Staff)
-Kaizen System in KPJ Damansara is fully being conducted by the human resources itself.
-The limitation staff that work in the field of human resource in KPJ Damansara give difficulty and workload to the staff in HR Department.
