Rules
Week 1: when dont reach 3 in a row of engagement, apply tag "False Start 1" - IS and Coach Console, move back to Prep Weekend
If person has week 1, week2, week 3, and they dont have 3 days weight or pic, moved back to prep weekend, unless they have FS2, then move to time out phase. If no FS2, FS1 and back to prep weekend. 2nd time offender you are in time out.

For any landline numbers, the "wait" page before handoff can direct them to handoff without scheduler and needs to update number via intercom chat pop up
Timing: By time hit landing page, scheduler link could possibly not be generated in time - server process would need to change and could be a more challenging process - utilizing other systems in addition to server to get job done
