- Tracking updates, market dynamics, implications on results, bring up concerns
- Evaluating proposals and costs
- Supports Partnership Trader with buy summaries, post analysis, campaign reviews, report tracking, account queries
- Supports negotiations to meet deliverables
Connections Planning
- Support Partnerships & Connections Design teams with investments components of the CDP process
Media Partnerships
- Develop relationships and collaborate with media (Sales Co-ordinators & Executives)
Workflow
- Campaign communications across team (updating status in WIP meetings, writing contact reports, proactive status in Partnership meetings)
Media Stewardship
- Introduction of the UM Partnerships process
- Supports Partnerships Trader in media activity from time of booking to post analysis delivering key insights and learnings into future buys
- Agency processes carried out and check-in meetings occur
Quality Control
- Actively adheres to the UM Quality Assurance & Reporting Standards
