Process- The journey of HOW the learners reach the outcomes. Activities based around the learners interests and abilities. A more student focused environment. Problem solving skills are taught. Differentiation.
Product- Focusing on the What rather than the How. Rigid specifications. Teacher led. Reaching targets- used by managers.
Praxis- theoretically informed practice, based on beliefs and principles.
