testing
Do all the pages work/flow together?
Do they all fit the same theme?
Any spelling mistakes?
Are all the facts correct, any false advertising?
Is it interesting, would the audience get bored quickly?
Is it easily accesible?
Is it friendly? (Colourblind, epilepsy(no flashy lights) deaf(subtitles), blind(text to speech))
Design
Images screen- contains many photos of the city with small descriptions and directions,
Entertainment/food- contains places where families can go with links to their websites, contains the logos of the places and images of their food
Main menu screen- Contains buttons to move to different pages, contains different images of the town with small reviews of the places, title, place name,
Educational- museums, libraries and shops, places to buy clothes, food and such, images to show the places, videos talking about the historical factors of the city, reviews on the shops,
Events- a singular page for events that have video/visual clocks ticking down to the start time of the events, contains buttons to see websites and leaflets for events giving more information, contains reviews from previous years with video and audio adverts
Making
Google slides- can create multiple pages with text boxes, images and videos with audio that would mimic the actual webpages.
Firework- gives more opportunity to add different things in and change them around, can create multiple pages but they wont be in the same section they'd all be separate
Photoshop- can create multiple different page to mimic a webpage (wont be collectively) can include some hand drawn things if a graphics tablet could be included.
Target audience
The target audience will be primarily adults but will have to include child friendly things as adults may have or bring their children
Adults- sophisticated language, appropriate imagery and videos, more modern colours, visually appealing, including places considered 18-25+ (night clubs, bars), prices and fees,
Younger children- understandable language, little facts that are easy to remember, places that would interest them, parks, libraries, shops that would also catch the attention of a parent looking to also enjoy themselves, brighter colours and language toned down. easy access
Teenagers- more sophisticated language, brighter colours, places of interest included- restaurants, shops and museums, places within their age range that they would enjoy, places that adults would be happy taking them to and more family orientated with low prices. easy access
It should contain things that will make it more accessible to all (text to speech, no flashy lights, subtitles, softer colours (less reds and greens where possible) options to change the writing size)
