SUMMARY

I have decided on exercise due to the sheer number of sports and ways to become healthy, and I feel I can communicate a good message in encouraging people to take action in transforming their lives.

Exercise is lacking in recent years due to lockdowns and subsequent following patterns in being out of the flow of exercise and generally not being bothered to get back into the routine of fitness (which a lot of people did not have anyway)
