Started to use Employees System Services (ESS) under kaizen system in 2000
Kaizen system functions is payroll, e-leave, medical bill, and employee’s attendance
ESS under the Kaizen system is specific to manage employee's e-leave : applying for their leave, check leave quota

Can be infected with the virus if not do maintenance.
Can be stolen by employee because sometimes they had to use the Kaizen system.

E-leave is one of the management systems where employee can apply for leave using a website.
It established to facilitate employees as well as increase effectiveness among employees.
E-leave is one of the important components in KPJ Damansara because the system can help company especially the Human Resources Department in tracking employee leave record, balance and entitlements

Access the E-Leave system.
Fill in the Application Form
Submit and the Human Resources Department will receive it and give response.

Need to apply the Information System Planning Process
Conduct the training for their employee
Develop the Human Resources Department in their organization. ( Increase the number of HR Staff)
