Independence of Argentina, Paraguay, And Uruguay
The Declaration of Independence of Argentina was a decision taken on Tuesday, July 9, 1816 by the Congress of Tucumán (9 de julio de 1916)
In Uruguay, the expression Declaration of Independence refers to the act carried out on August 25, 1825 by the Florida Congress, made up of representatives of the town councils of the Eastern Province.Uruguay declared its independence on August 25, 1825 of the Empire of Brazil and again became part of the United Provinces of the Río de la Plata
On July 20, 1811, the Paraguayan junta sent a note in which it communicated that Paraguay would govern itself. The Paraguayans had made a revolution without firing a gun. On November 25, 1842, the independence of Paraguay was formally proclaimed, after the death of Doctor Francia. The independence of Paraguay was the historical process by which the current Republic of Paraguay became independent from Spain
Independence of Chile
The emancipation of Chile was declared on January 1, 1818 through the Act of Independence of Chile, officially sworn on February 12, 1818. This declaration was recognized by Spain on April 24, 1844.
Independence of Peru
In 1820, the Liberating Expedition of Peru under the command of Argentine general José de San Martín landed in Peru from Chile. With the withdrawal of the royalists from Lima, General San Martin proclaimed the independence of the Peruvian State on July 28, 1821.

San Martin gave Bolivar the initiative to start the war, so he went to Lima and resigned from the government of Peru 09-20-1822 and returned home to Mendoza, Argentina. A year later, discouraged by the death of his wife and the internal struggles between Federals and Unitarians, he emigrated to Europe where he died in 1850.
