Advanced
Overrides
Allow for a default base earn setup to be overridden by different rates. This requires an override key to be passed by the POS and when that key is identified in the scheme rules, the override rate will be used. • A key is configured in the wallet or POS but defined here. • If no key is passed, the default rate will apply.• You can only set up an override with a Standard base earn reward type. Alternatively, overrides can be added without a default configuration. Example:
-
Points Spend Rules
This section is used to define the spending rules and value of points within the scheme
Default Spend Rules
Tiers
Floor
The minimum number of points for which this spend tier applies. Whole numbers only. I.E. 1 would be 1 point
Ceiling
The maximum number of points for which this spend tier applies. Whole numbers only, must be greater than the floor
-
Step
The increments that points can be spent in I.E. If points can be exchanged at 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 etc. the step would be 5,000

A scheme is the rate that Points are accumulated I.E. regular campaigns may use a
standard scheme so that $1 spent accumulates 1 point.
A scheme allows for the configuration of rules around how a scheme should operate within the AIR platform.
For example, this could include setting the base spend to pointsconversion, number of stamps required to receive a reward or rules around how points can be redeemed and is used in combination with Points Fixed Campaigns
Bronze- 1 Point = 1 Cent; Silver – 1 Point = 2 Cents; Gold – 1 Point = 3 Cents; OR 1 point if customer spends between $1-$10;2 points if customer spends between $11-$20;3 points if customer spends between $21-$30
