Becoming more technology-based with health care means more need of training - increase digital literacy
More access of health information on the internet where more patients involved in self-disgnosis and trying to manage their own health issue.This leads to more misconceptions and false diagnosing.

There is an increase in life expectancy that means more health care cost need with the increasing risk of developing chronic diseases
More patients, more need for medications that can increase in drug costs
Increase in services such as long term care, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, and long term care beds
Raising patient satisfaction with the changing society and facing the cultural diversity - shifting to value-driven care where the patient is listened to and their needs are understood.
