Astronauts need a way to keep their heart and muscles strong in space because the lack of gravity in space negatively affects their muscles and can cause health problems
Removable Treadmill
-
Cons
-
May be difficult or dangerous to move with low gravity, and size
Could be shaky, I.E. if the shuttle were to move slightly the treadmill could as well.
-
This treadmill would be like a regular treadmill made for space, but when the astronauts land on their new planet they can take it out of the shuttle and put it on the new planet. It would be anchored to the shuttle and would still have the harness system. The shuttle would be anchored to the new planet.

Tension Bands
These tension bands would be similar to regular tension bands. They could be used in a variety of different workouts. These tension bands would be good for space or life on another planet because they would attach to the inside of the space shuttle or on a new planet they could attach to the outside.
