HRIS is important for an organization especially the things that related with employee's performance. This system help to evaluate employee's performance effectively and efficiently. Other than that, it help the HR employee to select which employee require training to enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition, the performance of employee is also related with their salary and bonuses. So, it will be fair allocate based on their performance.
