Man power planning is the process of estimating the optimum number of people required for completing a project,task or goal within time. Manpower planning includes a number of personnel, different types of skills and time period

Chain of Command
The chain of command establishes a hierarchy in the business. It illustrates how many levels of management are involved. If the chain of command is too long then the information may become distorted. It is the official chain of communicating.
Strategic Planning
strategic planning is a long term plan. It usually takes up to 5 years. It is written up by the senior managers of a business. It is normally based on the business's mission statement which is broken into long-term business plans.
