It wouldn't nearly eradicate concussion in rugby and it can lead to a faster game with more ruck as less people trying to hold people up, this would lead to a more entertaining game.

People have already apposed this already and the public don't seem to want TO CHANGE THEIR MIND AS THEY BELIVE IT WILL REUINE THE GAME.
