Weakness of this is that everyone will not follow as some people don't care and everybody won't get court
Strength of this is that people will start to realise that racism isn't exceptable in any environment and willl be punished

Strength of this is that football fans will be a better environment full of people who want to watch a game and reduces scum of fans.
Weakness is that it spoils the game for the majority of the inisent people who just want to watch a game .

Strength of this ias it would be easy to find people who are being racist and aggresive torwards the footballers who are trying to play, which reduces people shouting abuse at players
Weakness of this is it would be frustrating for inisent fans to be wearing microphones when they haven't done anything wrong but very expensive and no stopping people taking it off

Strength is that it will teach youngsrters ata young age about why racism isn't acceptable and what the past has been like for a coloured person.
Weakness is that people change in time and they may not be intrested in listening and may turn into horrible people well older and also may be parented poorly

Opportunities , it will allow for a less discriminatory community in the future as more and more generations are being educated on how to behave
Threats , may be hard to issue a large amount of people massive fines at once and may need to have more people helping out
Opportunities , as a result of people who are being fined , the money may go towards preventing racism through teaching it as education
