        Correction: DCP includes partial funding for early learning centre delivery. No land allowance. Land to be retained by State and leased to CoM. The two (left and below) are one in the same.
        
        These are Council projects so we really need to understand how CoM plans to deliver these. Recommend conversations should be had with Community Services and City Design / Projects / Property.
