White participants perceived that the organization was less procedurally fair for Whites than for minorities when they had previously learned (vs. did not learn) that the organization had diversity initiatives. In addition, participants were more likely to believe that the organization discriminated against Whites in the presence (vs. absence) of a diversity initiative.
