      - Organizing: They must be responsible for delegating tasks to good enough employees.
      - Coordinating: Managers must be good at bringing people together.
      - Commanding: Managers need to assign people tasks tactically in order to improve efficiency.
    - - Delegation: Managers need to make sure that they delegate tasks to employees that are trustable and reliable.
