Lunch Schedules
Schedules in general have a hard time being followed. in this case, it leads to different meals than expected to be served, or slightly late. This ultimately throws off the teachers'' daily routine.
Curriculums
Teachers are not preparing their next day materials, which throws off the curriculum because they are unable to leave their children unattended if their are no extra teachers to assist them.
Site location
Sketchy location to potential families looking for childcare services. In a non-busy and unkept plaza.
Parent Notifications
Low on supplies (diapers, wipes, clothes, etc.)
Training and coaching opportunities available through existing partnerships but are not taken advantage of
Staff Shortage
Daycare cannot afford callouts because it leads to unproportioned teacher/student ratios, director subbing as a teacher, and taking her away form her work, sending children home, etc.

Funding Opportunities
Daycare is a private business operating on zero government assistance. Daycare can apply for some grants.
Children's nap times
This is when teachers go on their lunch breaks and their is not a consistent schedule when covering each other
Business interference
Owner has a separate business in the same plaza that both interferes with this Daycare and offers many opportunities.
