First start with deoxygenated blood that goes through the superior/inferior vena cava then to the right atrium, to the tricuspid valve, through the right ventricle, to the pulmonary seminlunar valve, through the pulmonary trunk, then to the lungs. The lungs picks of rich oxygen blood which goes through the pulmonary vein, into the left artium, through the bicuspid valve, to the left ventricle, then to aortic semilunar valve, to the aorta, then finally to the rest of the body where the red blood cells receive nutrients.
